Sending SalesMail with HubSpot

SalesMail videos can be included in messages you send from HubSpot.  Here are the instructions to add a video to a regular email in HubSpot, but similar steps can be followed to add SalesMail videos to marketing emails in HubSpot as well.  

  1. In HubSpot, start a new email draft.
  2. Click the "+" icon under the "Content" section on the left.




  3. Drag the "HTML" option from the left panel into the email draft on the right.


  4. Open your SalesMail Portal, go to 'My Results' from left hand menu, click the envelope to the right of the video you want to use, and then select "Copy full HTML" toward the bottom left of the share page as seen below.



  5. Go back to your HubSpot email draft.  Right-click in the Edit HTML box on the left, and select "Paste". You may ignore the warnings in red that show up beneath the box or any pop ups that say "Style tag in custom module."; they do not impact the template or deliverability of your message.  



  6. Continue to customize your message as you see fit and then send. 
  7. This message will show up as an activity on the contact record in HubSpot.
