Sending SalesMail videos with Knock CRM

SalesMail videos can be included in messages you send from Knock CRM to individual prospects and residents.  
  1. First log into your SalesMail Portal and go to 'My Results' on the left hand menu.
  2. Click the envelope to the right of the video you want to use.


  3. Click the 'Share via Knock' button on the SalesMail share screen to copy the Knock CRM SalesMail template.



  4. In Knock CRM, open the guest card of the person you want to communicate with and click the email icon at the bottom.
  5. Right-click within the Message box (the body of the email draft) and select 'Paste'.  This will paste your SalesMail template into the email draft. 


  6. Continue to customize your email message and then send.
