NEW SalesMail Features: Clone & Share, holiday filters ❄️, Click-to-Call CTAs, and more!

We’re excited to announce a host of new SalesMail features designed to improve your experience and performance!  
  1. The new Clone and Share feature allows you to duplicate videos for separate tracking and analytics, giving you greater visibility into who is watching your videos (hint - include your recipient's name in the video name). 
  2. NEW lenses/filters ❄️☃️🎄are available on the Lenses page in the SalesMail Portal (https://portal.mysalesmail.com) for creative and memorable engagement with your prospects/clients/partners/etc.  PS.  These are a great addition for your SalesMail Holiday Contest video submissions!
     
  3. New click-to-call and click-to-email buttons in the CTA Library provide new ways to drive engagement and move your sales process forward.  Set them up in the SalesMail Portal under 'CTA Library'. 
  4. A new My Account page is now accessible via the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the SalesMail portal, making it easier than ever to update your contact info and set preferences like gamification and AI intro text.

To see the new portal version, you may need to hard refresh your browser (ctrl + shift + r in Google Chrome) after you log in at https://portal.mysalesmail.com. Make sure you see v3.5.7 in the lower left of the portal.  Mobile apps will require an update to get the new Clone & Share feature in version 2.1.0.  If you don't see the SalesMail 2.1.0 update in the App Store or Play Store yet, check back later as it sometimes takes up to 12 hours to show up.  
 
More details on the new features:
  1. Clone & Share - Use the new Clone & Share feature to clone a SalesMail video, creating a new instance of your video with a new video name (include your recipient's name in it!) with independent tracking and statistics.  For example, you might clone your favorite Apartment Tour video and call it Jackie Smith Apartment Tour and send it to Jackie.  When Jackie watches it, you will receive a push notification and an item on your Activity page showing a view on your Jackie Smith Apartment Tour video.  It will be easier than ever to identify your hot leads/prospects!  Learn more here.

  2. Edit your Contact Card details - You can now use the portal to edit your Contact Card details that show up beneath your SalesMail videos.  So if you've had a job title change, a new phone number, etc., simply click the new profile icon at the upper right of the portal and select the Settings option to edit your contact info.  
     

  3. While you have always been able to add CTA buttons to launch a website, now you can add CTA buttons for people to click to call you or click to email you!  In the portal, choose the CTA Library menu item on the left and follow the simple wizard to add a new CTA button.  Buttons you add to your CTA library can easily be added to your videos from the mobile app or portal by selecting 'Choose from Library' drop down when adding a CTA from the Share page.  

  4. For corporate leader accounts the drop down menu for community selection has moved to the upper left of your screen to allow room for the new profile icon.


  5. My Videos page layout has been adjusted to better fit all columns without requiring horizontal scrolling.

  6. Cosmetic changes were made to the leaderboards to make them more readable.
