SalesMail Portal yet, hard refresh your browser (e.g. press CTRL + Shift + R in most browsers) and make sure portal version 3.4.0 shows up in the bottom left.
1. Leaderboard - This innovative feature is designed to show how you stack up against your peers within your organization and across the entire SalesMail platform. Whether you're focused on achieving the top score, garnering the most views, or creating the highest number of new videos, the SalesMail Leaderboard offers a fun, motivating, and insightful way to measure your performance. Get the details
here or watch this quick video below.
2. SalesMail Rank - Now SalesMailers have an easy way to keep track of, and aim for even more views! The SalesMail Rank panel on your SalesMail Dashboard displays your total all time views on all videos you have ever created in SalesMail. Get more views to rank up to the next level. Learn more including the view counts to achieve the next level
here.
3. Total Engagement Score - The leaderboard introduces the concept of the Total Engagement Score. Points are calculated for each new video created (3 points each) + shares (2 points each) + views (4 points each) + CTA clicks (2 points each) + emoji reactions (2 points each) + comments (1 point each). In addition to this metric being used for the Top Score option on the leaderboard, it is also a new column (with a star at the top) on the User Usage Report and Corporate Usage Report. These reports also include a new column to track share counts.
4. Shares - SalesMail tracks the number of times videos are shared and this metric has been added throughout the
SalesMail Desktop Portal. You will find it in the User Usage and Corporate Usage Reports as mentioned above, as well as your My Results page:
It is also an element of the Engagements panel at the top of your dashboard and shows up in purple.
We hope you enjoy these new features and inspire you to use SalesMail to build strong relationships and create memorable experiences with the audiences that matter most to you.
