Announcement: Leaderboard Legends Contest Winners!
Thank you to all of the awesome SalesMailers who participated in the Leaderboard Legends contest! SalesMail usage was on š„š„š„ over the past several weeks and the competition was fierce! We selected 5 lucky, random winners who made their way to the top 10 on their My Org Leaderboards by the end of the contest period (4/15/24 - 5/15/24).

It is time for our new SalesMail contest - Leaderboard Legends! We want YOU to break into your organization's top 10 on the new My Org Leaderboard in SalesMail. Five lucky winners will win a $100 value prize!
Name: Leaderboard Legends Contest
Time: April 15 - May 15
Prizes: Five prizes of $100 value will be awarded
Winners: We will select five random winners who are in the top 10 on their My Org Leaderboard by 5pm central on 5/15/24.
Your My Org Leaderboard showcases the top SalesMailers in your organization. The Top Score, which is the default view on the leaderboard, is the measurement used for this contest. Points are earned for things such as recording a new video, sharing a video or favorite, getting a view, and receiving engagement such as reactions, CTA clicks and comments, and is based on the past 90 days of activity. You can learn about the point calculations for 'Top Score' and all of the details of the new leaderboard feature by clicking here.
To access your My Org Leaderboard, go to the Dashboard in your SalesMail mobile app or the SalesMail Portal. It will look something like the one below. Remember to keep a close eye on your My Org leaderboard throughout the contest to see how you are doing! It is updated constantly so you can expect to see people popping on and off of the top 10 based on activity.
Please note that if you see the Global leaderboard, but not your My Org leaderboard, make sure you have recorded and/or shared SalesMail videos in the past 90 days and encourage team members to use SalesMail. Once at least three team members have at least 5 points, your My Org leaderboard will appear and the fun can begin!
Tips for Climbing the Leaderboard
Here are some tips to help you climb the rankings:
- Focus on Quality Content: Engaging, informative, and personalized video content is more likely to capture your audience's attention, get views, and drive interactions.
- Be Consistent: Regularly creating and sending SalesMail videos keeps you top of mind with your prospects and customers, boosting your views and engagement scores.
- Automate: Add SalesMail videos to autoresponders and campaigns to watch your stats grow.
- Reuse Favorites: Build and use a library of generic, but personal-feeling videos and use them over and over again to save time and make an impact.
Eligibility: All winners selected must have achieved Pro rank or higher on the SalesMail Rank Panel based on their all time views. You can check your current rank on the SalesMail Rank panel on the dashboard of your mobile app or SalesMail Desktop Portal and click the info icon to find out how to rank up.
