Ahoy there, SalesMailers!
The votes be tallied and the treasure be claimed! Our Search for SalesMail Video Tours contest brought forth a bounty of creativity fit for the high seas. From grand apartment walk-throughs to clever pre-tour reminders that set the stage for smooth sailin’, our crew showed just how powerful a SalesMail video can be to catch a prospect’s eye and reel ‘em in. We’ve crowned the champions in each of our five main categories—and even charted two extra honorable mentions for voyages too splendid to leave in Davy Jones’ locker. Hoist the sails, mates… it’s time to meet the winners! A hearty thank you to ALL who submitted —choosin’ just five was no easy task.
🏋️ Amenities Tour – Megan Neal at Sinceri Senior Living wins this category with a dynamic tour including 3rd person recording, featuring team members Jamie Barlow and Amber Hindelang, and a fabulous narrated tour of amenities and apartment!
🏠 Apartment Tour – Pamela Staniland from Varenita of Simi Valley (Sunrise Senior Living) recorded a warm and welcoming apartment tour. We love that she has a friendly welcome at the beginning and used a slow and steady pace when showcasing the apartment so viewers don't feel rushed and have time to see each area.
🏡 Promotional Tour – Jackie Magnotte at Pine Ridge of Garfield (True Connection Communities) recorded a high energy tour featuring an attention-grabbing SalesMail lens and a great promotion. What a great way to reach out and stir up some interest and move ins!
🚪 Pre-Tour Reminder – Nicole Biggs at Villa Toscana Memory Care wowed us with her pre-tour reminder video which helps reduce no shows and help prospects know what to expect when they arrive.
🏡 Neighborhood Tour – Stephanie Walton at Primrose Communities Casper wins the neighborhood tour category with this tour featuring energetic and inviting intro and outro, outdoor views of the neighborhood, and beautiful clips of a villa.
⚓ And because a true captain never leaves hidden treasure behind, we’ve unearthed two honorable mentions that were a little outside of the contest categories—but are videos so fine they deserved a place in our logbook of legends!
Elissa Payne at Verena at Hilliard impressed us with this invite video featuring multi-clip and lenses! With a video like this, who wouldn't want to come visit!?
Kelsie Lenartz at Sunrise of Vienna caught our attention with this great example of beautiful, steady footage to showcase an apartment. Great filming, Kelsie!
