How to share a SalesMail using the simplified Gif-Only Template

Sometimes when you send a SalesMail video you may not want all of the branding and contact info to show up in the template that gets pasted in the email.  For example, if you already have your logo and contact information in your email signature, you may not want all of that info repeated. 

To share a SalesMail with the Gif Only Template:

1. Log into the SalesMail Portal using the same username and password you use in the SalesMail mobile app.

2. Go to My Results and click the green envelope next to the video you want to share.

3. Click the dot dot dot menu in the Sharing Options panel and select "Gif Only Template"

 

 The simplified template will look like this, with optional intro text, a gif animated preview, and a link to your video:

4. Click Share via Email and paste into the email draft.  Edit as needed and hit send!
