Simply record one or more reusable  SalesMail videos and save them as favorites ( here's how ); every video you record and save as a favorite in January automatically gives you an entry!   We will draw winners and send one of Oprah’s Favorite Things to five lucky SalesMailers!  Winners will be announced February 7th. 



Real SalesMail Favorites Examples

What should I record and save as a Favorite?    While many video types are best personalized with the recipient's first name, there are some cases where you can't possibly have enough time to record a personalized version for every single person every time you need to send one.  That is where your SalesMail Favorites come in - to help you save time and be more effective.   Check out these real example SalesMail favorites from some of our users for inspiration!

-  Virtual Apartment/Community/Model Tour  (some users record/save a tour of every model)
-  Get to know me!  (Add a "get to know me" link to your email signature.  Here's how .)
-   Inquiry Auto-Response   (your marketing/IT team may need to assist with adding the SalesMail video to your auto-responder)

                             

Important Tips - How to make a reusable video FEEL personal!
  1. Don't read from a script; just pretend like you are talking to ONE person! 
  2. Look into the camera lens as you speak and imagine it is the person you are talking to.
  3. Be upbeat and friendly, as if you were talking to a prospect face-to-face.
  4. Use words like “you”, “your”, and “we” instead of addressing the recipient by name.   Example: “It’s been so long since we’ve been in touch.  How are you ?"
  5. Smile!
Contest FAQs

How many entries can I earn?   You can record and save as many favorites as you want.   Each favorite recorded and saved as a favorite in January earns an entry into a drawing for Oprah’s Favorite Things prizes.   We just ask that they are legitimate videos you plan to reuse.

How many prizes can I win?   Max of o ne prize per person.

Do I have to send my videos into HeartLegacy? No!   We will handle everything behind the scenes.   Every video you record and save as a favorite in January will give you one entry into the contest.

I’ve already recorded and saved Favorites before the contest.   Will I get credit for those videos?   Entries in this contest are only given for new videos recorded and saved as favorites during January 2023.   You may record new types of favorites or record newer, refreshed versions of your old ones if you would like to earn entries during this contest.  

When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced on February 7th, 2023.
