Add a "Get to know me!" SalesMail video to your email signature

You can embed a SalesMail link into your email signature. Here you can put a video message introducing yourself to anyone who clicks to learn more about you. This gives your prospects the opportunity to learn more about you before they have even met you. Never doubt the power of a good email signature!



Here is how to set it up.  

1.  Record a SalesMail video that you want people to watch when they click the link in your email signature.  After you hit the 'Approve' button, hit the 'Favorite' button and save it with a title such as "Email signature" to make it easier to find.  
2. After hitting 'Save' to save the favorite, click the 'Copy Link' option on the share screen.  This will copy the short URL for your SalesMail video to your clipboard.
3.  Edit your email signature in your email application (e.g. Outlook) and create a link that points to the URL of your SalesMail.  Since you saved the URL to your clipboard, you should be able to use the "paste" option to paste the URL.  You can make the link text say something like "Get to know me!" or whatever you would like.
4. Save your email signature.

That's it.  When people click on that link, it will open up the SalesMail video you recorded so they can get to know you!
