SalesMail Aline/Enquire Integration

If your account has the SalesMail Aline/Enquire integration set up, you will be able to search for a prospect in Aline/Enquire, record a new video or share a favorite, the To: box in your email or text draft will be populated with your prospect's email or cell number, and a SalesMail activity will automatically be recorded in Enquire!  

Here is how it works:
  1. Make sure you are on the latest version of the SalesMail app.
  2. Tap the CRM icon at the bottom of your SalesMail app.   If you don't see the CRM button, reach out to your Client Success Specialist or email us at support@heartlegacy.zohodesk.com so that we can make sure your integration is set up correctly.  Please note that your email address in Enquire must match your email address in SalesMail in order for the integration to work.


  3. This will bring you to a screen where you can search for a prospect in Enquire.  You can type in a full or partial name and hit 'Done' to search.

  4. Select your prospect from the search results and then choose to record a new video or use a favorite.

  5. After recording a new video or selecting a Favorite, share it.  If you share via text and the prospect has a cell phone number in Aline/Enquire, it will automatically populate the cell number in the To: field.  If you share via email and the prospect has an email address in Aline/Enquire, it will automatically populate the email address in the To: field.
  6. A SalesMail activity will automatically be recorded in Aline/Enquire!
