NEW: Easier Prospect Search + Sherpa Integration added to SalesMail App and Portal

We’ve made exciting updates to our SalesMail Sherpa integration. It’s faster, more intuitive, and built to help you stay focused on high-value connections.  Update your SalesMail app from the App Store or Google Play Store for the new features.  

What’s New:

  • Search by Prospect Name - No more digging through a To Do list of activities
  • Now in the SalesMail Portal - For the first time ever, the Sherpa integration is also available in the SalesMail portal, and functions just like the mobile app.
  • Your “To Do” page is now your “CRM” page in SalesMail - Simply click the CRM button/menu to search for a prospect.

How to Use it

1. Open your SalesMail app or the SalesMail portal. Tap the CRM button at the bottom of your app or the CRM menu item in your portal

2. Search for a prospect by first or last name. (Optional - drill down to a specific Influencer)

3. Choose to send a favorite or record a new video.  When you go to share the video, the contact's email or phone number (if available) will automatically show up in the To box of your email or text message.

4. Once sent, your SalesMail will be auto-documented in Sherpa as a completed Video Message journal entry with a link to the SalesMail video and “Time in the Selling Zone” (TSZ) is populated based on the length of the video.


NOTE: If you do not see a To Do or CRM button in your SalesMail app, contact your Client Success Specialist to set up the integration at support@heartlegacy.zohodesk.com
