How to send a video message using SalesMail with Sherpa integration
1. Open your SalesMail app.
You can find your auto-synced
Sherpa activities in the To Do
section
2. You can complete an activity
with a SalesMail message
by selecting the activity, then
sending a new SalesMail or
one from your Favorites.
3. Once sent, your SalesMail will be
auto-documented in Sherpa as
a completed Video Message journal
entry with a link to the SalesMail
video and “Time in the Selling
Zone” (TSZ) is populated based
on the length of the video
NOTE: If you do not see a To Do button in your SalesMail app, contact your Client Success Specialist to set up the integration at support@heartlegacy.zohodesk.com
