How to Get Support

There are several ways to get support for SalesMail and other HeartLegacy products.

1.  The HeartLegacy Help Center Knowledge Base provides self-help 24/7.  Search for a topic, watch training videos, and get inspired.

2.  Submit a support ticket by clicking the red 'Submit a Ticket' button at the bottom of this page, or simply email us at support@heartlegacy.zohodesk.com.  Someone will assist you as soon as possible.
 
3.  Call your Client Success Specialist for assistance.  If you don't know his or her phone number, please call us at (833) 757-6245.
