Facebook post with SalesMail link flagged
Some users have reported that Facebook is occasionally flagging and removing their posts when they share a SalesMail video. Facebook appears to be using technology (e.g. bots/AI) to identify posts that violate their rules. While we do not believe any of the videos violate their documented policies, it seems their technology is flagging some SalesMail videos and not others. We have been unable to identify why some videos are flagged and some are not. We are doing everything we can on our side to try to resolve this. Our clients can help support this effort by clicking the 'Request review' within Facebook when this happens to one of their posts. They should see that option as a blue button at the bottom of the Facebook notification they get that they removed the post.
