Emergency/Preparation Communications - In times of emergency such as storms, fire, etc., record a SalesMail video to put the minds of your residents' family members at ease by keeping them informed of any preparations/responses in a warm and comforting way.  A video communication in emergency situations is much more comforting than a black and white email.  

Post-Tour Follow Up - Send a video after a tour to help your community stay top of mind with that prospect and use it as an opportunity to show that your team listened to their needs.  Share something related to what you learned is important to them (e.g. remind them about your excellent exercise program for those who are interested in physical activity or send a virtual tour they can watch over and over again and share with other family members who couldn't be there for a tour).
