SalesMail User Usage Report Category Definitions
Video Count = Number of new videos created during the
selected time frame
Total Opens = Number of times the email containing the
SalesMail preview was accessed during the selected time frame
Total Views = Number of views for a given user's videos during the selected time frame
Comments = Number of Recipient comments left on all SalesMail videos during the selected time frame
Reactions = The number of emoji reactions left on all videos during the selected time frame
CTA Count = The number of times any CTA button was clicked on
a given user’s videos during the selected time frame
Total Shares = The number of times the user clicked to share
their videos during the selected time frame
