Lead Response Intro: While other properties respond to leads with generic emails or text messages comprised mostly of text, embed a SalesMail video in your auto-response and drip campaigns to introduce your community and team in a memorable way that stands out from the competition.  SalesMail videos easily paste into messages in your CRM or marketing automation tools.  Do your lead response messages look like this (click here)?

Community Tours: Create engaging video tours that highlight not only individual apartment homes but also community amenities such as fitness centers, pools, and common areas. These tours can give prospective residents a comprehensive look at the lifestyle your complex offers, making your property stand out even before the screening process begins. They can also share these videos with other family members or potential roommates who are unable to tour onsite.

Post-Tour Follow Up: After a tour, send a video thank you recapping any important things you learned about the prospective resident (e.g. "It was so great to meet you and I love that our community would put you so close to work. Who wouldn't love a less than ten minute commute? We hope you choose our community and look forward to welcoming you home!") and outline next steps.

SalesMail QR Code for Closed Leasing Office:  Create a SalesMail QR code to post on a sign or decal on the leasing office door for visitors who stop by during closed hours to scan to watch a video introduction to your community with a CTA button to schedule a visit during open hours.

Application Process Overview: Use video to guide prospects through the application and screening process, detailing the required steps, necessary documents, and what applicants can expect. Such transparency can simplify the application process, making it more accessible to potential residents.

Move-In Welcome Messages and Complex Orientations: Send personalized welcome videos to new residents, including an orientation to your community. Cover essential information such as utility setup, community guidelines, and how to submit maintenance requests (you can even include a CTA button linking to your resident portal or payment system). A warm welcome can make a big difference in resident satisfaction from the start!

Lease Renewal Campaigns: As leases come up for renewal, use personalized video messages to encourage residents to renew, highlighting any updates or incentives. 

Detailed Move-Out Instructions: Create videos outlining the move-out process, emphasizing how residents can ensure the return of their full security deposit. Providing clear expectations for the condition of the apartment home upon departure can help minimize disputes and maintain the property's quality for future residents.  These videos can be shared via email, text, or you can print them as a QR code added to a letter, flyer, etc.
