View the most recent engagements with your videos in the SalesMail Desktop Portal Activity Feed
The Activity Feed lists the most recent activity on all
of the videos you have recorded and shared in the past. This provides an easy way to see which videos
had activity recently so that you can identify hot leads and take action. The Activity Feed lists the date/time, type
of activity (e.g. open, view, emoji reaction, comment, click on Call To Action
button), a thumbnail of the video, details about the activity, and a link to
drill down to all of the information about that particular video.
- For
comment activities, click the read more/reply link in the details
to view the comment and reply.
- Videos
that have been saved as a favorites display the name of the
video in the Detail column.
- You
may view quickly view the video by clicking the video thumbnail.
- The
arrow button on the right hand side drills down to all detais and past interactions for that particular video.
- As
usual, geolocation is only available for opens and views, not for emoji
reactions, comments, or CTA clicks.
How can you find your Activity Feed? Use your SalesMail credentials to log into
https://portal.mysalesmail.com using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser and then click on the Activity Feed on the left menu. If the Activity Feed does not show up, hard refresh your browser (press CTRL + Shift + R to hard refresh Google Chrome) and try again.
