Property Teams: Save time/money and improve resident experience with these videos

There are many ways your property team can use SalesMail videos to save time, save money, and create a better resident experience.  Here are just a couple of ways to get started:

1. Maintenance Videos
You may find that 30-40% of your work orders are related to simple questions that could easily be addressed (or even prevented) by SalesMail videos!
Property teams can record simple answer or demo videos for common things like:
  1. How to reset GFI when outlets in kitchen or bathroom stop working
  2. How/where to reset a breaker
  3. How to work the thermostat
  4. What can and cannot be put down the kitchen drain
These videos can be added to your portal, social, etc. or shared as needed to quickly and conveniently (for your team AND your residents) resolve simple work orders!  You can even create a dynamic SalesMail QR code that plays your video.  Print the QR code on refrigerator magnet, decal, sticker, etc. and place in apartment so residents can scan and watch!

2. Pre-Move-In Video
      We recommend recording a welcome video for new residents to watch before they move in.  This will give them a better experience and prepare them for move-in day. Share helpful info such as:
  1. What companies to contact to set up utilities prior to moving in
  2. Reminder to fill out change of address form with post office
  3. What to expect day of move in
  4. How and when to pay rent
