‼️ Always keep your SalesMail app up-to-date. Here's why...

Why Updating Matters

Keeping your SalesMail app up to date ensures you always have:

  • The latest features – Enjoy new tools and improvements as soon as they’re released.

  • Better performance – Updates often include speed enhancements and bug fixes.

  • Stronger security – Running the latest version helps protect your account and data.

In fact, most of the time we receive a technical issue from a client, a simple app update resolves the problem immediately!  


How to Turn On Auto-Updates

On iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Scroll down and tap App Store.

  3. Under Automatic Downloads, toggle App Updates to ON.

Your iPhone will now update SalesMail (and other apps) automatically.

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings > Network preferences > Auto-update apps.

  4. Choose Over any network or Over Wi-Fi only, then tap Done.

SalesMail will now update automatically whenever a new version is released.


How to Manually Update

If you prefer not to use auto-updates, you can update SalesMail manually anytime.

On iPhone (iOS):

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).

  3. Scroll down to Available Updates.

  4. Find SalesMail and tap Update.

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).

  3. Select Manage apps & device.

  4. Under Updates available, find SalesMail.

  5. Tap Update.


Tip: If you ever experience issues with SalesMail, the first step is always to check for and install the latest update.
