How to see your opens/views and geo-location stats on the desktop version of SalesMail
- Open the desktop version of SalesMail by logging into https://portal.mysalesmail.com/. This site uses the same username and password you use to log into your SalesMail mobile app.
- Choose the ‘My Results’ menu item on the left.
- A list of your videos will show up with columns for the number of opens and views for each. Click on the number of opens or views for one of your videos to get more details. It will bring up a screen like the one below.
- By
default, a pin* will be placed on the map for every open/view. If you click on a row in the table at the bottom, the map will update and show a pin* just for
that specific open or view.
*Geo-location is based upon information provided by a mobile provider or ISP, and may be an approximation.
