How to add SalesMail Knock integration for SalesMail mobile app

The SalesMail Knock integration for the SalesMail mobile app enables users to use the CRM tab in the SalesMail mobile app to search for a prospect and record a new SalesMail for them or send a favorite, automatically populates the prospect's contact info into a draft text or email message, and automatically writes back a text or email activity to the prospect's Guest Card in Knock.  


To subscribe your properties to the SalesMail Knock integration (free of charge), someone in your organization who has the 'Integration Manager' role in the RealPage Integration Marketplace needs to do the following: 


  1. Login at https://www.realpage.com/ and navigate to Resources > Integration Marketplace > Marketplace. 
  2. Find SalesMail by searching by name.
  3. Click on the SalesMail logo > Subscribe Now
  4. Enable the properties you wish to subscribe to the SalesMail-Knock integration.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Let your Client Success Specialist know that you have completed those steps and we will complete the integration setup process for you.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

A user can only manage subscriptions from the Integration Marketplace

 

The user submitting the subscription requests must have the Integration Marketplace product access and ‘Integration Manager’ role.  Both permissions are located under the Core center. If you do not have this permission, please contact your RealPage Administrator at your company.

 

For additional assistance on permissions, please submit a support ticket in the Client Portal, https://realpage.secure.force.com/cportal , choose RealPage Exchange in the product dropdown.

 

Your subscription request will remain in Pending status until SalesMail approves the subscription.  You can view the status of your subscriptions at any time by clicking on the number hyperlink under the Selected Properties.
