Add SalesMail video to marketing, bulk, CRM, and auto-reply emails

Did you know you can add a SalesMail video to emails/texts sent through your CRM, marketing automation tools, marketing/bulk emails, or or auto-responders (e.g. lead/inquiry form response)?  This provides a powerful and memorable touch to your marketing efforts.    

1.  Create an email draft or template within your marketing, bulk email, or CRM system.  

2. When you are ready to paste a SalesMail message into that email draft, open the SalesMail Desktop Portal at https://portal.mysalesmail.com/ .  Log in with the same credentials you use for your SalesMail mobile app. 

3. Go to 'My Videos' (or 'Team Videos' if you are sharing the video of another team member) and click the green mail icon  to the right of the video you want to share.  This will bring you to the Share page.

4.  For most marketing email systems and CRMs, you will be able to use the 'CRM' button and then paste into the email draft/template in your marketing email system or CRM and then send the message when you are ready*.   

*If it does not display properly after you paste, use one of the two options at the bottom of the share screen (see image below) to copy and then paste the HTML into the email/template.  First try the 'Copy Full HTML' option and paste it into your auto-reply email.  Preview or send a test email to make sure it looks right.    If the 'Copy Full HTML' option doesn't work, try the 'Copy Limited HTML' option instead.  Note:  Some email systems may require you to add an HTML element to your email template before pasting in HTML.
