Add a SalesMail video to out-of-office reply in Outlook

To add a SalesMail video to an out-of-office reply in Outlook, use the web version of Outlook (https://outlook.live.com) since the native Outlook application only allows plain text auto-replies.
Using the SalesMail Desktop Portal, log in and go to the My Results page.
Click the envelope next to the video you want to share in your auto-reply.
Click 'Share via Email' to copy the SalesMail video to your clipboard. (If an email draft opens up in your desktop version of Outlook, just close it.)
In the web version of Outlook, click the Settings gear icon in the upper right and click 'View all Outlook settings' toward the bottom.
Go to Mail -> Automatic Replies.
Switch the Automatic Replies button to On.
Paste the SalesMail video into the message body of the auto-reply.
