Add a SalesMail video to out-of-office reply in Outlook

  1. To add a SalesMail video to an out-of-office reply in Outlook, use the web version of Outlook (https://outlook.live.com) since the native Outlook application only allows plain text auto-replies.  
  2. Using the SalesMail Desktop Portal, log in and go to the My Videos page.
  3. Click the rightward facing arrow next to the video you want to share in your auto-reply.
  4. Click 'Email' to copy the SalesMail video to your clipboard. (If an email draft opens up in your desktop version of Outlook, just close it.)
  5. In the web version of Outlook, click the Settings gear icon in the upper right.
  6. Go to Account -> Automatic Replies.
  7. Switch the Automatic Replies button to On.
  8. Paste the SalesMail video into the message body of the auto-reply.
