Why can't I log into SalesMail?
First, make sure you are logging in with your work email address.
The most common reason you can't log into SalesMail is when you first get your account and you are trying to use your temporary password. Your temporary password for SalesMail may have special characters (e.g. an explanation point, a percentage sign) in it so you must be sure you are typing the exact same temporary password when you try to log in. The best thing is to try to copy and paste the temporary password that came in your welcome email into your SalesMail login screen.
If you still can't log in, click the 'forgot password' link and a new temporary password will be sent to your email address. Please reach out to us if you are still unable to log in.
