Many SalesMailers need to represent various communities/brands - whether they are a corporate or regional sales specialist, an internet specialist, or maybe they are stepping in to help out with another community. We wanted to make it as easy as possible for these SalesMailers to represent the appropriate community brand (logo, colors, contact info, etc.) when reaching out with video. We are proud to announce the new Brand Selector for SalesMail!
Users with this feature enabled* can use a simple drop-down Brand Selector on the video share or details screen in the SalesMail mobile app or in the SalesMail Desktop Portal to select the brand for their video. This will instantly change the branding that is displayed when they share the video and when someone watches it.

How many brands can we use in our account?
We can set up brands to represent each of the locations that your organization has a SalesMail contract for. If you need to add additional brands/locations, reach out to your HeartLegacy sales executive.
Can I display a different email address, phone number, job title, etc. when I reach out on behalf of different communities/brands?
Yes! If you need to use a different email address, phone number, job title, etc. when you are reaching out on behalf of a certain community, please include that information when you reach out to your Client Success Specialist to set up the feature.
How do I change the brand on a SalesMail video?
Once this feature is enabled for your user account
, you will see a drop down Brand Selector on the video details and share pages in both the SalesMail mobile app and the
SalesMail Desktop Portal
. Once you update the brand for that video, anybody that accesses that video will see it with the new branding.
In the SalesMail mobile app, tap the Results button along the bottom and then tap the small gray arrow to the right of the video you want to brand. The Brand Selector drop-down will appear above the video. When you create a new video or share an existing video, you will also see the Brand Selector below the video on the share screen.
In the SalesMail Desktop Portal, select 'Results' on the lefthand menu and then click the green envelope next to the video you want to brand. The Brand Selector will show up beneath the share buttons as seen below:
If you or your team members need to
represent more than one community/brand, create a list of those users and which communities/brands they should each be able to represent. Brands can only be set up for communities your organization has a SalesMail contract for (if you need to add communities, reach out to your HeartLegacy/SalesMail sales executive). Indicate if they have a special email, job title, phone number, etc. for
each brand they represent. Example
