How to add a SalesMail video QR code to your mailers or other print materials:


1.  First, record a SalesMail video.  Here are a few ideas:

  1. Record a video of staff and/or residents inviting the recipient to to an event or to tour.
  2. Record a video describing your current or upcoming specials.
  3. Record a video highlighting a special amenity or describing why residents love the community.
  4. Have fun and be creative!  There are endless possibilities to the content you can use to bring your print materials to life.

2. Now it is time to create your QR code.

  1. Log into the SalesMail Desktop Portal (https://portal.mysalesmail.com) using the same login you use for your SalesMail mobile app.  
  2. Click the QR Pro link on the left. 
  3. Click the plus sign to create a new QR code.
  4. Give it a name like "Lakewood Community Mailer" and hit next.
  5. Click the checkmark to the right of the video you want to use and then hit next. 
  6. Click 'Save and Download' (or use the design elements to modify your code first).
  7. Click the .PNG button (or select another file type you'd like to use)

3.  It is time to print

  1. Your QR code was saved to your Downloads folder.  You can  incorporate the code graphic into the design of your mailer or print items.  We suggest always including a text call to action to entice readers to scan the code. 
  2. Hint: Always test scan your QR code to make sure it works before you print!
